THE HIGHER COURSE OF TECHNOLOGY IN PUBLIC MANAGEMENT OFFERED IN THE SEMIPRESENCIAL MODALITY: WITH THE WORDS THE STUDENTS

Resumo: | The objective of this research was to analyze the perception that students of a higher course of technology in public management offered in the semipresencial modality have about this course. Thus, a case study was conducted in 2017 in a private college in Belo Horizonte - MG. Among the main findings, it was verified that the majority of the students seek this course to be able to make a public contest and to enter the public career due to the stability, financial and labor advantages that the sector offers. For the other students who are already civil servants, what they wanted was to improve their performances as a public manager. Another result that deserves to be highlighted was the proactive role of classroom tutoring, clarifying students' doubts and stimulating interactivity in the use of technological resources used in AVA. For students, this made distance learning a less solitary process and often avoided avoidance. |

For students, this made distance learning a less solitary process and often avoided avoidance.O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar a percepção que os alunos de um curso superior de tecnologia em Gestão pública ofertado na modalidade semipresencial têm sobre este curso. Assim, foi realizado em 2017 um estudo de caso em uma faculdade particular em Belo Horizonte - MG. Dentre os principais achados, verificou-se que a maioria dos alunos procuram por este curso para conseguirem fazer um concurso público e ingressar na carreira pública devido a estabilidade, vantagens financeiras e trabalhistas que o setor oferece. Para os demais alunos que já são funcionários públicos, o que eles desejavam era melhorar suas atuações como gestor público. Outro resultado que merece destaque foi a atuação proativa da tutoria presencial, esclarecendo as dúvidas dos alunos e estimulando a interatividade na utilização dos recursos tecnológicos utilizados no AVA.
