Resumo: This study aims, through bibliographic references and a qualitative research, discuss the methodology of teaching distance education and its applicability to the development of practical assessment material, exploring theoretical frameworks in the area of the distance mode and methodology education in design - still listening perceptions that academics have on this type of evaluation method involving topics such as; time for the development of the activity, structure, application of the methodology in design, and how the activity is prepared and made available to the students.
