Resumo: | The research focuses on the analysis of a post graduate distance offered to civil servants hinterland municipalities of the states of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo by UAB through the PNAP Unirio called to verify the similarities, characteristics, challenges, effective and dynamic this course with other courses EaD. From a theoretical and empirical approach and using methodological tools such as interviews, it was found that many peculiarities found in PNAP are similar to other graduate courses at a distance, you need to have a great interaction between students and teachers, tutors to the success of course and that the creation of PNAP has great importance for the continued training of public managers. |

From a theoretical and empirical approach and using methodological tools such as interviews, it was found that many peculiarities found in PNAP are similar to other graduate courses at a distance, you need to have a great interaction between students and teachers, tutors to the success of course and that the creation of PNAP has great importance for the continued training of public managers.A pesquisa tem como foco a análise de um curso de pós graduação à distância oferecido a servidores públicos de municípios interioranos dos estados do Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo pela UAB por intermédio da Unirio chamado PNAP de modo a verificar as semelhanças, características, desafios, efetivação e dinâmica deste curso com os demais cursos EaD.
