IMPLANTATION OF 20 % OF THE SEMIPRESENTIALS DISCIPLINES IN GRADUATION COURSES: STUDY CASE IN A PRIVATE UNIVERSITY CENTER

The present work is a Study Case, with the theme: Implantation of 20 % of the semipresentials disciplines in graduation courses in a private university center. Although there is a specific legislation for this purpose since 2004, there are no data about the quantity of institutions that chose for this offer or the quantity of students. There is still little information about institutional proposals, which this work intends to minimize. The objective of the study is to identify which strategies adopted by the institutions in the implantation of the semipresentials disciplines’ offers, in graduation courses and, as specific objectives study the legislation to offer semipresentials courses and disciplines; to survey the strategies adopted by institution in the implantation of semipresentials disciplines offered, and; to present how the institution is structured, aiming the offer of semipresentials disciplines, as well as the policy adopted and the intern legal aspects. The method used is Study Case, and in this case includes various means and instruments, in special bibliographic research, direct observation and the institutional documents analysis. The work is divided in two chapters, the first reserved for the study of Brazilian legislation both as regards distance education in general, as specifically the semipresential mode. The second chapter will present the study case.
