IMPLANTATION OF 20 % OF THE SEMIPRESENTIALS DISCIPLINES IN GRADUATION COURSES: STUDY CASE IN A PRIVATE UNIVERSITY CENTER

Resumo: | The present work is a Study Case, with the theme: Implantation of 20 % of the semipresentials disciplines in graduation courses in a private university center. Although there is a specific legislation for this purpose since 2004, there are no data about the quantity of institutions that chose for this offer or the quantity of students. There is still little information about institutional proposals, which this work intends to minimize. The objective of the study is to identify which strategies adopted by the institutions in the implantation of the semipresentials disciplines’ offers, in graduation courses and, as specific objectives study the legislation to offer semipresentials courses and disciplines; to survey the strategies adopted by institution in the implantation of semipresentials disciplines offered, and; to present how the institution is structured, aiming the offer of semipresentials disciplines, as well as the policy adopted and the intern legal aspects. The method used is Study Case, and in this case includes various means and instruments, in special bibliographic research, direct observation and the institutional documents analysis. The work is divided in two chapters, the first reserved for the study of Brazilian legislation both as regards distance education in general, as specifically the semipresential mode. The second chapter will present the study case. |

The second chapter will present the study case.O trabalho aqui apresentado configura-se como um Estudo de Caso, tendo como tema a Implantação dos 20% de disciplinas semipresenciais em cursos de graduação reconhecidos em um centro universitário privado. Apesar de uma legislação específica para este fim existir desde o ano de 2004, não há dados sobre a quantidade de instituições que optaram pela oferta nem da quantidade de alunos. Há ainda pouca informação sobre as propostas institucionais, falta que este trabalho pretende minimizar. Neste sentido, o objetivo do estudo é identificar quais as estratégias adotadas pela instituição na implantação da oferta de disciplinas na modalidade semipresencial, nos cursos de graduação reconhecidos e, como objetivos específicos, realizar estudo da legislação pertinente a oferta de cursos e disciplinas na modalidade semipresencial; fazer levantamento das estratégias adotadas pela instituição na implantação de disciplinas ofertadas na modalidade semipresencial, e; apresentar a forma como a instituição se estrutura, visando a oferta de disciplinas na modalidade semipresencial, assim como a política adotada e os aspectos legais internos. O método utilizado é o Estudo de Caso, que neste caso integra diversos meios e instrumentos, em especial a pesquisa bibliográfica, a observação direta e a análise documental institucional. Neste sentido, o trabalho divide-se em dois capítulos, sendo o primeiro reservado ao estudo da legislação brasileira tanto no que se refere a educação a distância de uma forma mais ampla, quanto da modalidade semipresencial, especificamente.
