Environmental Theme in the Educational Curriculums of Business Courses of Higher Education Institutions of the State of Paraíba

Resumo: | The environment issues have required attitudes from management and future administrators that include sustainability of the environment preoccupations in their operative activities. In this context, the objective of this research was identifying subjects that approach the environment theme in educational curriculums of business courses in Paraíba state. It was made a research in the Educational Minister’s web page of the accredited institutions that offer the business course and were found 32 universities. Then, researches were made in all private and public institutions web pages to analyze the course’s programs. It concludes that 77% of the business courses in Paraíba have themes that discuss the environmental issues, nevertheless 23% still do not have this kind of discussion, what needs to be analyzed, even though it is a low percentage, once administrators contribute in a decision level and they can minimize impacts from economic activities. |

En este contexto, el objetivo de la investigación fue identificar las disciplinas que se ocupan de las cuestiones ambientales en los planes de estudio de los cursos de la administración educativa de las instituciones de educación superior de Paraíba . Para ello , llevamos a cabo una encuesta en el Ministerio de Educación de instituciones acreditadas que ofrecen el curso de la administración y el sitio de un total de 32 universidades encontrado . Posteriormente, se realizó una encuesta en todos los sitios de las instituciones públicas y privadas con el fin de analizar los planes de estudios del curso. La investigación concluye que el 77 % de las escuelas de negocios en el estado de Paraíba incluirá temas que tratan los temas ambientales , pero el 23% todavía no tenemos esta discusión , que debe ser analizado porque aunque el porcentaje es bajo , los administradores contribuyen en toma de decisiones y puede minimizar los impactos de sus actividades económicas.Os problemas ambientais vêm demandando por meio da gestão e dos futuros administradores posturas que possibilitem a sustentabilidade do meio ambiente nas suas atividades decisórias. Nesse contexto, o objetivo da pesquisa foi identificar as disciplinas que tratam da temática ambiental nos currículos de ensino dos cursos de administração das instituições de ensino superior da Paraíba. Para tanto, fez-se um levantamento na página web do Ministério de Educação das instituições credenciadas que ofertam o curso de administração e foi encontrado um total de 32 universidades. Posteriormente, fez-se uma pesquisa em todos os sites das instituições públicas e privadas, a fim de analisar os currículos de ensino do curso.
