Resumo: This experiment aimed to analyze the temperature behavior of photovoltaic modules, with the efficiency of the on-grid photovoltaic system, installed at the State University of Western Paraná - UNIOESTE, Campus of Cascavel, Paraná. The system consists of two strings with five modules each, oriented towards the true North and inclined at 21° in relation to the horizontal, totaling a system with 3.3 kWp of power. During the first period, 02/18/2020 to 04/07/2020, different levels of dirt were evaluated, with one of the photovoltaic panels being kept clean for a period of time, while the other was not. For the second period, 08/05/2020 to 09/22/2020, all the photovoltaic modules were cleaned to then assess the slope, which had been changed to 26° from one of the photovoltaic panels. The third period, 10/13/2020 to 12/02/2020, also changed in its inclination, with the panel that was at 26° changed to 18°, while the other remained at 21°. Thus, in the first period, it was found that the panel kept clean (Panel 2), during data collection, achieved greater efficiency during the first weeks and, practically, the same for the last weeks. The average efficiency of 13.73% and 14.39% was obtained, Panel 1 and Panel 2, respectively. For the second period, the average efficiency of both panels, with inclines of 21° and 26°, was very close, being 14.25% (Panel 1) and 14.24% (Panel 2). The third period showed a small difference in the efficiency of the panels, 13.7% and 14.54%, Panel 1 and Panel 2, respectively. The panel with the lowest slope was more efficient, because for lower slopes, in this period, the average daily solar radiation is greater. The averages test identified that there was a significant difference between the levels of dirt in the modules, as well as in their slopes of 21 ° and 18°. As for the inclines of 21° and 26°, there was no significant difference, according to the Tukey test at 5% of significance.

O sistema é composto por duas strings com cinco módulos cada, orientados para o Norte verdadeiro e inclinados a 21° em relação à horizontal, totalizando um sistema com 3,3 kWp de potência. Durante o primeiro período, 18/02/2020 a 07/04/2020, foi avaliado diferentes níveis de sujidade, sendo que um dos painéis fotovoltaicos foi mantido limpo durante um intervalo de tempo, enquanto o outro não. Para o segundo período, 05/08/2020 a 22/09/2020, se fez a limpeza de todos os módulos fotovoltaicos para, então, avaliar a inclinação, a qual fora alterada para 26° de um dos painéis fotovoltaicos. O terceiro período, 13/10/2020 a 02/12/2020, também sofreu alteração na sua inclinação, sendo que o painel que estava com 26° foi alterado para 18°, já o outro permaneceu com 21°. Dessa forma, no primeiro período foi constatado que o painel mantido limpo (Painel 2), durante a coleta de dados, alcançou uma eficiência maior durante as primeiras semanas e, praticamente, igual para as últimas semanas. Obteve-se a eficiência média de 13,73% e 14,39%, Painel 1 e Painel 2, respectivamente. Para o segundo período, a eficiência média de ambos os painéis, com inclinações de 21° e 26°, foi muito próxima, sendo de 14,25% (Painel 1) e 14,24% (Painel 2). O terceiro período apresentou pequena diferença na eficiência dos painéis, 13,7% e 14,54%, Painel 1 e Painel 2, respectivamente. O painel com menor inclinação se apresentou mais eficiente, pois para menores inclinações, neste período, a irradiação solar média diária é maior. O teste de médias identificou que houve diferença significativa entre os níveis de sujidade dos módulos, bem como nas inclinações dos mesmos de 21° e 18°.
