The proposal of the work sought to analyze the strengthening and structuring of collective subjects representing the so-called “new right” in contemporary Brazil, with a singular focus on one of its most spaces of power and hegemony: it is the company, “Brasil Paralelo”. Created in August 2016 - in the historical context of the media, parliamentary, judicial and business coup - it has become a political-ideological and educational apparatus "spokesperson" for conservative sectors and the far right in order to give "historic" legitimacy to its political-institutional project. Having as its main reference Olavo de Carvalho and composed of a group of subjects and entities representing this new right within the expanded relations of the State - the Millennium Institute, Business Studies Institute, Liberty Forum, Liberal Institute, Borborema Institute and Von Institute Mises Brazil. Brasil Paralelo presents on its platform a variety of materials aimed at the production and dissemination of content on what they understand to be the "true" history of the country and how it should be presented, by groups of the so-called "new right" or extreme. right. The theoretical and methodological references are anchored in a Marxist-Gramscian approach (and its commentators) that articulates issues involving the State, "civil society", power and hegemony to the new political-ideological and material configurations of capitalist society, with special attention to the reflections of " Parallel Brazil “as a private apparatus of hegemony at the service of conservative, reactionary bourgeois fractions and fascist brands in recent Brazil. The sources used are from the Platform (Parallel Brazil) - videos, films, identification, courses, texts and studies related to the "new right" and the extreme right in Brazil. Therefore, our main objective was to discuss the issue of the role of the political-ideological apparatus of the Brazilian right in the direction of the present time in current Brazil.
