Besides the factors that have influence in its institutional and organizational environment because of its historical process, from 2010, the group faces other challenges, as the end of the project that used to keep it financially and internal conflicts that were the reason for some members give up. Thus, based on the Induction Scheme of the Forms of Governance included in the New Institutional Economics Theory (NIE), it aimed to understand the factors that influenced the transactions of the group, identifying its governance structure and what are its mechanisms for coordination. The Comparative Structural Analysis Discrete concluded that the governance structure that could be adopted by the group, would be hybrid, however, there is no coordination. It makes not possible a larger organization the members, prejudicing the development of their activities.

EdUnioeste2012-05-15info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://e-revista.unioeste.br/index.php/gepec/article/view/506010.48075/igepec.v16i1.5060Informe GEPEC; v. 16 n. 1 (2012); 93-1111679-415X1676-067010.48075/igepec.v16i1reponame:Informe Gepec (Online)instname:Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná (UNIOESTE)instacron:UNIOESTEporhttps://e-revista.unioeste.br/index.php/gepec/article/view/5060/5099Scarton, Luciana MariaWaquil, Paulo Dabdabinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2023-05-16T22:13:45Zoai:ojs.e-revista.unioeste.br:article/5060Revistahttps://e-revista.unioeste.br/index.php/gepecPUBhttps://e-revista.unioeste.br/index.php/gepec/oairevista.gepec@gmail.com1679-415X1676-0670opendoar:2023-05-16T22:13:45Informe Gepec (Online) - Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná (UNIOESTE)false
