Resumo: This paper presents a critical and reflective intervention project report that aimes to contribute in the construction process of the Institutional Evaluation of EMEI Children's House as an instrument and the possibility of progress in the planning of educational activities, management and participation. The construction process of this study involved diagnostic research, development, implementation and evaluation of a plan of action that make part of an intervention project. The methodology used for this survey was based on a qualitative approach, involving diagnostic research, the study of exploratory and semi-structured interviews and for the action plan: round of conversation methodology. The collected data were analyzed based on a historical-critical design education and from the content and document analysis methodology. The intervention plan was organized in two stages, the training of professionals on issues involving institutional assessment and the institutional evaluation itself at school, both in order to sensitize the working group and the school community to the importance for the school going through an institutional review process. The relevance of this research lies in the innovative nature of the action in the Educational Network in Jaguarão city and the possibility of contributing to the quality of early Childhood Education from the use of institutional evaluation.

O processo de construção deste estudo envolveu pesquisa diagnóstica, elaboração, execução e avaliação de um plano de ação que são partes constitutivas de um projeto de intervenção. A metodologia adotada para a pesquisa pautou-se em uma abordagem qualitativa envolvendo para a pesquisa diagnóstica estudo do tipo exploratório e entrevista semi-estruturada e para o plano de ação a metodologia de rodas de conversa. Os dados coletados foram analisados com base em uma concepção histórico-crítica de educação a partir da metodologia de análise de conteúdo e análise documental. O plano de intervenção foi organizado em dois momentos, a formação dos profissionais em torno das questões que envolvem a avaliação institucional e a efetivação da avaliação institucional da escola, ambas com o objetivo de sensibilizar o grupo de trabalho bem como a comunidade escolar para a importância do ato de a escola passar por um processo de avaliação institucional.
