Resumo: A qualitative-quantitative study is carried out with the intention of investigating the link between higher degree training in the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences of the University of La Plata with ICT, based on the exponential growth in the demand for use of its EVEA during the pandemic due to the Covid 19 disease. Necessarily, the variables that make up the complex plot that precipitated the health contingency are analyzed: the situation of teaching digital competence, the social gap manifested between the student body and the measures adopted by the university and one of its academic units to guarantee pedagogical continuity. As a provisional closure, some considerations are approached regarding the possibility of a next multimodal educational paradigm and the opening of possible lines of research related to its sustentability.

Necessariamente, são analisadas as variáveis que compõem o enredo complexo que precipitou a contingência em saúde: a situação do ensino de competência digital, a lacuna social que se manifesta entre o corpo discente e as medidas adotadas pela universidade e uma de suas unidades acadêmicas para garantir a continuidade pedagógica. Como um fechamento provisório, algumas considerações são abordadas a respeito da possibilidade de um próximo paradigma educacional multimodal e da abertura de possíveis linhas de pesquisa relacionadas à sua sustentabilidade.Se realiza un estudio cuali-cuantitativo con la intención de indagar la vinculación de la formación superior de grado en la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación de la  Universidad de La Plata con las TIC, a partir del crecimiento exponencial en la demanda de uso de su EVEA durante la pandemia por la enfermedad Covid 19. Necesariamente, se analizan las variables que forman la compleja trama que precipitó la contingencia sanitaria: la situación competencial digital docente, la brecha social manifestada entre el estudiantado y las medidas adoptadas por la universidad y una de sus unidades académicas para garantizar la continuidad pedagógica.
