Resumo: The present research focuses on verifying the information of water resources as a mechanism for effective protection in access to potable water, in an integral and equal way. The problem aims to analyze which the possibilities of water resources information channels can be used as effective protection mechanisms in the public policy agenda for access to potable water in an integral and equal way? Addressing in the first chapter the relevance of water resources information; and, in the second, the prospects for effective protection of access to potable water in Brazil. Methodologically, systemic-complex theory is used in order to understand the related socio-legal phenomena, deductive method, bibliographic research and technical construction of records. In the end, there was a need for effective protection of access to potable water, with information as a mechanism for implementing this agenda in an equal and comprehensive manner.

El problema tiene como objetivo analizar qué posibilidades de los canales de información sobre recursos hídricos pueden utilizarse como mecanismos de protección efectivos en la agenda de políticas públicas para el acceso al agua potable de manera integral e igualitaria. Abordar en el primer capítulo la relevancia de la información sobre los recursos hídricos; y, en el segundo, las perspectivas de una protección efectiva del acceso al agua potable en Brasil. Metodológicamente, la teoría del complejo sistémico se utiliza para comprender los fenómenos socio-legales relacionados, el método deductivo, la investigación bibliográfica y la construcción técnica de registros. Al final, era necesario proteger eficazmente el acceso al agua potable, con información como mecanismo para implementar esta agenda de manera igualitaria e integral.A presente pesquisa centra-se em verificar a informação dos recursos hídricos como mecanismo para uma tutela efetiva no acesso à água potável, de forma integral e igualitária. A problemática visa analisar as quais as possibilidades dos canais de informação dos recursos hídricos serem utilizados como mecanismos de tutela efetiva na agenda de políticas públicas para o acesso à água potável de forma integral e igualitária? Abordando-se no primeiro capítulo a relevância da informação dos recursos hídricos; e, no segundo as perspectivas para uma tutela efetiva no acesso à água potável no Brasil. Metodologicamente utiliza-se a teoria sistêmico-complexa, a fim de compreender os fenômenos sociojurídicos relacionados, método dedutivo, pesquisa bibliográfica e técnica a construção de fichamentos. Verificando-se ao final a necessidade de uma tutela efetiva no acesso à água potável, tendo a informação como mecanismo para implementação dessa agenda de forma igualitária e integral.Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo - U.E.
