The purpose of this article is to study Restorative Justice and domestic violence. It also aims to find out whether Restorative Justice can be considered a mechanism for dealing with the negative effects of domestic violence on women, victims of aggression, especially their psychological integrity. To this end, the present study will be based on research developed using the deductive approach method, a historical and comparative procedure, using interpretative, exegetical, systematic and critical legal explanation, whose study technique will be based on national and foreign bibliographical research. The results show that it’s possible to reduce the negative effects of domestic violence on the psychic integrity of women who are victims of aggression, given that the scope of Restorative Justice is to give victims the opportunity to restore themselves by assessing their needs and actively listening to their feelings and traumas, giving them a "voice" so that they can end their cycle of victimization.
