Perspective of the nurse in front of nursing care in the treatment of wounds in hospitals

Resumo: | Background and objective: The research understands the importance of the professional nurse freight to nursing care for patients with wounds therefore having as main objective to meet the prospect of nurses against the nursing care in the treatment of wounds in hospitals. Methods: This is an exploratory study, descriptive, transversal, qualitative approach, carried out with members of the Committee of nurses Wounds of a mediumsized hospital in the Taquari Valley-RS. Results: There is a consensus on the importance of the work of the nurse, mainly inserted in a multidisciplinary team for effectiveness in the treatment of wounds, being this key figure in the process of prevention or treatment of injuries, as well as in the construction of scientific protocols and training, to qualify the Assistance, without forgetting the importance of records, as an important communication tool. Conclusion: It is concluded that there is a need for continuing education programs that focus on the discussion and evaluation of case, as well as noted the importance of this Commission in the treatment of patients due to its structuring. Health Education.Justificación y objetivo: Darse cuenta de la importancia del profesional de enfermería en el cuidado de enfermería que deben tener con los pacientes con heridas, por lo tanto, el objetivo principal es entender la perspectiva de la enfermera en los cuidados de enfermería en el tratamiento de heridas en el hospital. Métodos: Se trata de un estudio exploratorio, en sección transversal, enfoque cualitativo descriptivo, realizado con miembros de la comisión de la herida personal de enfermería en un hospital de tamaño mediano del Vale do Taquari - RS. Resultados: No existe un consenso sobre la importancia del trabajo de las enfermeras, insertada sobre todo en un equipo multidisciplinario para la eficacia en el tratamiento de heridas, siendo esta una figura clave en el proceso de prevención o el tratamiento de las lesiones, así como en la construcción de protocolos científicos y la formación de calidad de la atención, sin olvidar la importancia de los registros como una importante herramienta de comunicación. Conclusiones: Se concluye que existe la necesidad de programas de educación continua que se centran la evaluación y discusión caso, así como se ha señalado la importancia de este comité en el tratamiento de los pacientes debido a su estructura multidisciplinar. Educación en Salud.Justificativa e Objetivos: diante da importância do profissional enfermeiro sobre os cuidados de enfermagem, este estudo teve como objetivo compreender a perspectiva do enfermeiro frente aos cuidados de enfermagem no tratamento de feridas em ambiente hospitalar. Métodos: trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo transversal, com abordagem qualitativa, realizado com dez enfermeiros integrantes da Comissão de Feridas de um hospital de médio porte no Vale do Taquari - RS. Resultados: existe um consenso sobre a importância do trabalho do enfermeiro, principalmente inserido em equipe multidisciplinar para efetividade no tratamento das feridas, sendo este, figura chave no processo de prevenção ou tratamento de lesões, bem como na construção de protocolos científicos e treinamentos, para qualificação da assistência, sem esquecer a importância dos registros, como importante ferramenta de comunicação.
