Relates to the monitoring of conditionalities in front of the advancement of social and economic indices of the country. The research is characterized as descriptive and quantitative. They were used and compared the data side of Brazil and Rio Grande do Sul (RS), collected Social Data Portal. The results with respect to compliance with conditions concerning education, showed that the percentage of beneficiaries accompanied in school attendance increased between the years 2009 and 2013 in Brazil and in greater proportion in the RS. Data on health revealed advances, however, is the very high percentage of beneficiaries not accompanied in both spheres. The social and economic information to 2004 and 2012 indicated a reduction in illiteracy rates, percentage of people in extreme poverty households in poor housing situation, child labor, income inequality and increase in per capita household income. It appeared that there is a need for further inspection, because there was a greater number of non-compliance with respect to the penalties. |

FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM: THE MONITORING OF CONDITIONALITIESPROGRAMA BOLSA FAMÍLIA: O ACOMPANHAMENTO DAS CONDICIONALIDADESPrograma Bolsa Família. Condicionalidades.
