Resumo: This study aims to analyze a company's dynamic capabilities through its organizational learning potential. The case study and the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods were adopted as a research design. The choice of the organization is justified by the fact that it was awarded the National Quality Award and the Best in Management by FNQ. Finally, it became evident that the consolidation of learning and the development of mechanisms and practices that allow the creation and accumulation of people's skills are a factor that can act as an antecedent for the development of dynamic capacity.

Se adoptó como diseño de investigación el estudio de caso y la combinación de métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos. La elección de la organización se justifica por el hecho de que fue galardonada con el Premio Nacional de Calidad y Mejor en Gestión por la FNQ. Finalmente, se mostró que la consolidación de los aprendizajes y el desarrollo de mecanismos y prácticas que permitan la creación y acumulación de habilidades de las personas constituyen un factor que puede actuar como antecedente del desarrollo de la capacidad dinámica.Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a capacidade dinâmica de uma empresa por meio de seu potencial de aprendizado organizacional. Adotou-se como delineamento de pesquisa o estudo de caso e a combinação dos métodos quantitativo e qualitativo. A escolha da organização justifica-se pelo fato desta ter sido premiada no Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade e o Melhores em Gestão da FNQ.
