APPLICATION OF THE RBV THEORY TO THE HEALTH SERVICES SECTOR: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF LITERATURE

Resumo: | The objective of this article was to carry out a systematic review of literature in order to delimit researches applied to the health sector and using the RBV (Resource Based View) as theoretical basis, specifically between the years 2004 and 2014. The analysis allowed the inclusion of 30 articles and the application of the Content Analysis Technique, classifying them into three main axes: Context; Pretension and Scope. Emphasis is placed on the importance of human resources and the intangible resource like social capital; cooperation; socialization and learning and knowledge systems for the sector. It should be noted there is little initiative to apply this theoretical apparatus, specifically to the public sector, and the lack of national studies on the subject. |

El análisis permitió la inclusión de 30 artículos y la aplicación de la Técnica de Análisis de Contenido los clasificó en tres grandes ejes: Contexto; Pretensión y Alcance. Se destaca la importancia de los recursos humanos y de los recursos intangibles como el capital social; la cooperación; la socialización y los sistemas de aprendizaje y conocimiento para el sector. Se destaca la poca iniciativa para la aplicación de este aparato teórico, específicamente al sector público, y la falta de estudios nacionales sobre el tema.O objetivo deste artigo foi realizar uma revisão sistemática de literatura a fim de delimitar pesquisas aplicadas ao setor de saúde e que se utilizassem da RBV (Resource Based View) como aparato teórico, especificamente entre os anos de 2004 e 2014. A análise permitiu a inclusão de 30 artigos e a aplicação da Técnica de Análise de Conteúdo os classificou em três grandes eixos: Contexto; Pretensão e Alcance. Destaca-se a importância dos recursos humanos e dos recursos intangíveis como o capital social; a cooperação; a socialização e os sistemas de aprendizagem e conhecimento para o setor. Salienta-se a pouca iniciativa para a aplicação deste aparato teórico, especificamente ao setor público, e a falta de estudos nacionais sobre o tema.
