Resumo: This paper intends to promote a reflection about the importance of film criticism, understood here as a discursive practice, given its prominent persuasive function in readers. In order to better understand the contemporary horizon of this discursive narrative, I will first trace some of its historical developments. My next step consists to discuss the strong influence that the film review discourse bear to the readers. That influence, like an interpretative govern way, have different components like the implicit judgments and the persuasive-rhetoric actions that aspire to the readers attention

Primeramente, caminaremos por la senda histórica afín de componer el horizonte temporal de esa narrativa discursiva. Después, abordaremos el tema de la influencia que el discurso de la crítica común de cine ejerce sobre sus lectores. Esta influencia, en forma de un acondicionamiento interpretativo, reside en diversos factores desde los juicios implícitos contenidos en eses discursos hasta en los mecanismos retóricos-persuasivos de que la crítica dispone para obtener la adhesión de los lectores.Ce texte a l'intention de réfléchir sur la critique comme pratique discursive dans le cinéma, en faisant ressortir sa fonction persuasive chez les lecteurs. Tout d'abord, on empruntera des pistes historiques pour composer l'horizon temporel de cette narration discursive. Ensuite, on abordera la thématique de l'influence que le discours de la critique ordinaire de cinéma exerce sur les lecteurs. Cette influence, dans la forme d'un conditionnement interprétatif, demeure dans divers facteurs dès les jugements implicites contenus dans ces discours jusqu'aux mécanismes rhétoriques-persuasifs que la critique possède pour obtenir l'adhésion des lecteurs.Este texto pretende refletir sobre a crítica enquanto prática discursiva no cinema, destacando sua função persuasiva nos leitores. Inicialmente, caminharemos por trilha histórica a fim de compor o horizonte temporal desta narrativa discursiva. Depois, abordaremos a temática da influência que o discurso da crítica comum de cinema exerce sobre seus leitores.
