Resumo: This work has as main objective to analyze axiological dimensions emerging in the development of the text review activity during the work of a reviewer in the thesis of her client, based on the analysis of discourses exchanged via e-mail between the subjects that were investigated. The reflections presented support the epistemological principles of the dialogical analysis of the discourse on language and the ergological approach to deal with the reviewer's work activity. Thus, we investigated how intersubjective relationships are organized and developed reflections that allowed us to show the (in) tense negotiations of meanings established in and through language, which mobilize social voices in a process full of values ??and multiple axiological tones.

Para respaldar las reflexiones presentadas, se utilizan los principios epistemológicos del análisis dialógico del discurso y del enfoque ergológico para abordar la actividad laboral del revisor. De esta manera, el artículo investiga cómo se organizan las relaciones intersubjetivas y desarrolla reflexiones que permiten mostrar la (in)tensa negociación de significados establecida en y a través del lenguaje, con la movilización de voces sociales en un proceso lleno de valores y múltiples tonos axiológicos.Este trabalho tem por objetivo principal analisar aspectos da dimensão axiológica emergentes no desenvolvimento da atividade de revisão de textos durante o trabalho de uma revisora na tese de sua cliente, a partir da análise de enunciados trocados via e-mail entre os sujeitos que foram investigados. Subsidiam as reflexões apresentadas os princípios epistemológicos da análise dialógica do discurso e da abordagem ergológica para tratar da atividade de trabalho do revisor.
