THE NUCLEUS OF EDUCATION, PREVENTION, CARE AND ATTENTION TO VIOLENCE IN SCHOOL AS RESPONSE TO THE CHALLENGES OF DIVERSITY: THE 10 YEARS OF THE LAW 10.639/03

Resumo: In the context of celebrations for the 10th anniversary of the Law 10.639/03, which entered the debate about the African-Brazilian history and culture schools in the country, it is observed with great interest the consolidation of a project that can act in the way to promote this debate in schools. It is considered, therefore, that the Nucleus for Education, Prevention, Care and Attention for Violence in schools is considered nowadays as a powerful tool in the attempt to consolidate the work for redemption of the historically accumulated debts against the people ethnically discredited by the colonialist culture that formed our identity as a nation. Therefore, supported by a multiculturalist perspective, we have the idea that it is possible to devise an action plan for each situation, respecting the peculiarities, in order to rescue the minority groups through affirmative actions that gradually should be replaced by a true culture of diversity.

Por lo tanto, es considerado que los Núcleos de Educación, Prevención, Atención y tratamiento de las Violencias en la Escuela es constituido en los días actuales como un potente instrumento para intentar consolidar un trabajo de remisión de las deudas históricamente acumuladas contra los pueblos étnicamente desacreditados por la cultura colonialista que formó nuestra identidad de nación. Así soportados en una perspectiva multicultural, hay la concepción de que es posible elaborar un plan de acción para cada realidad, respetando sus particularidades con el objetivo de rescatar grupos minoritarios a través de acciones afirmativas que poco a poco sean substituidas por una verdadera cultura de diversidad.No contexto das comemorações pelos 10 anos da Lei 10.639/03, que inseriu o debate sobre a história e a cultura afro-brasileira nas escolas do país, observa-se, com grande expectativa, a consolidação de um projeto capaz de agir no sentido de promover esse debate nas escolas. Considera-se, portanto, que os Núcleos de Educação, Prevenção, Atenção e Atendimento às Violências na Escola constituem-se atualmente como um poderoso instrumento na tentativa de consolidar um trabalho de remissão das dívidas historicamente acumuladas contra os povos etnicamente desprestigiados pela cultura colonialista que constituiu nossa identidade enquanto nação.
