TRAINING OF THE HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER IN BRAZIL AND THE NATIONAL EDUCATION PLAN

Resumo: The article has as object the training of the high school teacher. The goal is to understand aspects that point the settings of initial and continued training of the high school teachers, aligned to make the Basic Education turn into a social right. The discussion was held on the basis of educational indicators related to the level of education and Academic Training, with emphasis on Teacher Training Adequacy indicator, and the goals number 15 and 16 of the National Education Plan, approved by the law Nº. 13,005/2014. The data indicate the limits and the possibilities related to initial and continued training of high school teacher in Brazil. While specifying the distance from the proposed goals number 15 and 16, express advances related to the elevation of the teacher's education of High school.

El objetivo es entender los aspectos que señalan la configuración de la formación inicial y permanente de profesores de enseñanza secundaria, alineados para hacer de la educación un derecho social. La discusión se llevó a cabo sobre la base de los indicadores educativos relacionados con el nivel de educación y formación académica, con énfasis en el marcador de adecuación de la formación docente, y en los objetivos 15 y 16 del Plan Nacional de Educación, aprobado por la Ley nº 13.005/2014. Los datos indican los límites y las posibilidades relacionadas con la formación inicial y permanente del profesor de enseñanza secundaria en Brasil. Al mismo tiempo en que hacen explícita la distancia de la propuesta en los objetivos 15 y 16, expresan avances relacionados con la elevación de la formación académica del profesor de la escuela secundaria. O artigo tem como objeto a formação do professor do Ensino Médio. Objetiva-se compreender aspectos que apontem as configurações da formação inicial e continuada dos professores do Ensino Médio, alinhados a tornar a Educação Básica de fato, um direito social. Realizou-se a discussão com base em indicadores educacionais relacionados ao Nível de Escolaridade e Formação Acadêmica, com destaque ao indicador Adequação da Formação Docente, e nas metas 15 e 16 do Plano Nacional de Educação, aprovado pela Lei nº 13.005/2014. Os dados apontam os limites e as possiblidades relacionadas à formação inicial e continuada do professor do Ensino Médio no Brasil.
