Continuing education of teachers at the postgraduate level: the effectiveness of Goal 16 of the National Education Plan (2014-2024)

Resumo: | Continuing education of teachers in Brazilian basic education system has been consolidated through an educational policy which is not free from the influence of international organizations and civil society organizations. After the approval of the Brazilian National Education Plan (2014-2024), actions to ensure the continuing education of teachers have been proposed. In this paper the postgraduate courses and programs will be focused. On the subject, there will be some trends referring to Goal 16 of the National Education Plan (NEP). |
