SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION ON EDUCATION FOR INFANTS AND YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE CONTEXT OF NURSERY

Resumo: This text is an excerpt of a Master thesis, which had as central concern a detailed examination of the pedagogical practices with children aged 0-3 years old, analyzing the target for teaching babies from the Brazilian scientific production between the years of 2008 to 2011 on the bank of theses and dissertations of CAPES. We conducted a mapping of national production that had the focus on the education of children from birth to three years in the context of early childhood education, totaling 48 studies, and 13 of them were the final corpus analyzed. The objective of this text is presenting the ways of raising the production process and the analysis of the categories defined from the emergence of themes that were privileged in the analyzed research.

De esa manera, fue desarrollado un mapeo de la producción nacional que tenía como foco de preocupación la educación de niños de cero hasta tres años en el contexto de la Educación Infantil. De 48 trabajos, 13 constituyeron el corpus definitivo analizado. El objetivo de este texto es presentar los caminos del proceso de levantamiento de la producción y el análisis de las categorías definidas desde la emersión de temáticas que fueron privilegiadas en las investigaciones analizadas.Este texto é um recorte de uma pesquisa de mestrado, que teve como preocupação central aprofundar os estudos sobre as práticas pedagógicas com as crianças de 0 a 3 anos de idade, analisando os indicativos para a docência com bebês a partir da produção científica brasileira produzida entre os anos de 2008 a 2011 no banco de teses e dissertações da CAPES. Realizou-se, deste modo, um mapeamento da produção nacional que tinham como foco de preocupação a educação das crianças de zero a três anos no contexto da Educação Infantil, totalizando 48 trabalhos, dos quais 13 constituíram o corpus definitivo analisado.
