LEARNING TO BE AN EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER WHITH THE TEACHING PRACTICE

Resumo: This article aims to present the organization of the Teaching Practice and its regulation instruments focusing on supervision as a process of (re)construction of meanings, based on descriptive feedback and shared reflection in which writing assumes a metacognitive and social function. At the University of Évora, the professional teaching qualification for pre-school education implies a degree in Basic Education followed by a master's degree either in Pre-school Education or Pre-school Education and teaching in Primary school. The Teaching Practice is held in the last two semesters of the course, in partnership with schools, under the supervision of university supervisors and cooperating teachers who welcome students in their classrooms. The Teaching Practice, a component of praxiological training, aims at the development of scientifically supported competences supported by inquiry processes.

En la Universidad de Évora, la habilitación profesional para docencia en la Educación Infantil puede ser obtenida en los cursos de maestría en Educación Infantil o en Educación Infantil y Primaria, en complemento a la Licenciatura en Educación Básica. La Práctica de Enseñanza se desarrolla en los dos últimos semestres del curso, en colaboración con instituciones educativas, bajo la supervisión de docentes cooperantes que acogen a los estudiantes en sus salas y supervisores de la universidad. La Práctica de Enseñanza, componente de formación praxiológica, busca el desarrollo de competencias sostenidas científicamente y apoyadas en procesos investigadores.O presente artigo pretende apresentar a organização da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada (PES) e os instrumentos de regulação para, depois, centrarmos na supervisão enquanto processo de (re)construção de significados, sustentados no feedback descritivo e na reflexão partilhada em que a escrita assume uma função metacognitiva e social. Na Universidade de Évora, a habilitação profissional para docência na Educação Pré-escolar pode ser obtida nos cursos de Mestrado em Educação Pré-escolar ou em Educação Pré-escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, em complemento à Licenciatura em Educação Básica. A PES decorre nos dois últimos semestres do curso, em parceria com instituições educativas, sob a supervisão de docentes cooperantes que acolhem os estudantes nas suas salas, e supervisores da universidade.
