Resumo: In the light of Gramsci's teachings and from bibliographic and documentary research, this text discusses the relationship between the secondary occupations that took place in 2016, the High School Reform and the National Curricular Common Base (BNCC). For that, it seeks to unveil the interests present in legal and normative documents for High School, in order to demonstrate how such documents interfere in the educational offer and training of young Brazilians students. I n this perspective, the present text makes considerations about the relationship between the arguments that founded the Secondary Occupations, the approval of the High School Reform and the Construction of the BNCC for this stage of Basic Education, and presents the interests that were in dispute in the elaboration of legal and normative documents and the resulting limits for the education of young Brazilians. The analyzes indicate that the offer of Secondary Education in Brazil is linked to capitalist interests, which interfere in the training of young people to make them subservient to the logic of the market and prevent an integral emancipatory training.

Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina2023-07-28info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdftext/htmlhttps://periodicos.unoesc.edu.br/roteiro/article/view/3023510.18593/r.v48.30235Roteiro; Vol. 48 (2023): Roteiro; e30235Roteiro; Vol. 48 (2023): Roteiro; e30235Roteiro; Vol. 48 (2023): Roteiro; e30235Roteiro; v. 48 (2023): Roteiro; e30235Roteiro; Vol. 48 (2023): Roteiro; e302352177-60590104-431110.18593/r.v48reponame:Roteiro (Joaçaba.
