Resumo: | Article produced from the discussions, in the line of Educational Policy, in the post- Graduation Program in Education - PPGED / UNIFAP. This is a bibliographical research with theoretical contribution in the classics aimed at discussing educational policy from a critical perspective. As an objective, discuss how global policies interfere in Brazilian education through the Neoliberal State in the 1990s and corroborate with the construction and materialization of the BNCC of high school and its formative principles. As principles linked to the Capital present in curriculum reforms: competitiveness, efficiency, skills and goals, focused on productivity. With materiality in schools through the pedagogies of skills, learn to learn, ensuring flexibility and merchantilized training and directed to the dictates of capital. |

Se trata de una investigación bibliográfica con aportación teórica en los clásicos centrada en la discusión de la política educativa en una perspectiva crítica. Con el objetivo, discutir cómo las políticas globales interfieren en la educación brasileña a través del Estado Neoliberal en la década de 1990 y corroboran con la construcción y materialización del BNCC de la escuela secundaria y sus principios formativos. Como principios ligados al Capital presentes en las reformas curriculares: competitividad, eficiencia, competencias y objetivos, centrados en la productividad. Con la materialidad en las escuelas a través de las pedagogías de las habilidades, aprendiendo a detener, garantizando la flexibilidad y la formación mercantilizada y dirigida a los dictados del capital.Artigo produzido a partir das discussões, na linha de Políticas Educacionais, no Programa de pós-graduação em Educação. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica com aporte teórico nos clássicos voltados a discutir a política educacional em uma perspectiva crítica. Este tem como objetivo discutir como as políticas globais inferem na educação brasileira através do Estado Neoliberal nos anos de 1990 e corroboram com a construção e materialização da BNCC do ensino médio e seus princípios formativos. Como princípios atrelados ao Capital, presentes nas reformas curriculares: competitividade, eficiência, competências e metas, focados na produtividade.
