Studies about the history of the teaching practice in physical education: the state of the question

Resumo: This study aims to analyze the academic-scientific productions related to the theme of the history of the teaching practice of Physical Education, mapped and recruited through the construction of the State of the Question (SQ), seeking to know how researchers have developed their studies, evidencing, mainly, the objectives and results of the research defined as findings, seeking to point out some knowledge gaps in relation to the investigation theme. For this investigation, the databases consulted were the Catalog of Theses and Dissertations from CAPES, BDTD and SciELO. The results were found with combinations of descriptors that involved "history", "Physical Education", "teaching practice", "pedagogical practice" and “practices”. From the data analysis, we can verify the existence of a plurality of perspectives in relation to the research objectives, as well as a diversity of practices of Physical Education teachers over time in Brazilian schools. In addition, we identified as the main lacuna, the lack of studies that address the teaching practice of this curricular component in a historical perspective that consider schools in Ceará as a locus and also, which have the end of the 20th century as a time frame.

In addition, we identified as the main lacuna, the lack of studies that address the teaching practice of this curricular component in a historical perspective that consider schools in Ceará as a locus and also, which have the end of the 20th century as a time frame.Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar las producciones académico-científicas relacionadas con el tema de la historia de la práctica docente de Educación Física, mapeadas y reclutadas a través de la construcción del Estado de la Cuestión (EQ), buscando saber cómo los investigadores han desarrollado sus estudios, destacando principalmente los objetivos y resultados de la investigación definidos como hallazgos, con la finalidad de señalar algunos vacíos de conocimiento en relación con el tema de investigación. Para esta investigación, las bases de datos consultadas fueron el Catálogo de Tesis y Disertaciones de la CAPES, BDTD y SciELO. Los hallazgos fueron encontrados con combinaciones de descriptores que involucraban "historia", "Educación Física", "práctica docente", "práctica pedagógica" y "prácticas". A partir del análisis de datos, podemos verificar la existencia de una pluralidad de perspectivas en relación a los objetivos de la investigación, así como una diversidad de prácticas de los profesores de Educación Física a lo largo del tiempo en las escuelas brasileñas. Además, identificamos como principal brecha, la falta de estudios que aborden la práctica docente de este componente curricular en una perspectiva histórica que considere como locus las escuelas de los municipios del interior de Ceará y también, que tengan fines del siglo XX como marco de tiempo.Este estudo objetiva analisar as produções acadêmico-científicas relacionadas à história da prática docente de Educação Física, mapeadas e recrutadas por meio da construção do Estado da Questão (EQ), procurando conhecer de que maneira os pesquisadores têm desenvolvido seus estudos, evidenciando, principalmente, os objetivos e os resultados das pesquisas definidas como achados, em busca de apontar algumas lacunas de conhecimentos em relação à temática de investigação. Para esta investigação, as bases de dados consultadas foram o Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES, a BDTD e a SciELO. Os achados foram encontrados com combinações de descritores que envolveram "história”, “Educação Física”, “prática docente”, “prática pedagógica” e “práticas”. A partir da análise dos dados podemos constatar a existência de uma pluralidade de olhares em relação aos objetivos das pesquisas, assim como uma diversidade de práticas dos professores de Educação Física ao longo do tempo nas escolas brasileiras.
