The experience reported here is part of the ongoing project entitled "Teaching process learning in education of ethnic-racial relations: planning and teaching resources" which aims to encourage observation and insertion activities intentionally directed to the education of ethnic-racial relations. means for Education of race relations the teaching and learning process involving different groups which are established exchanges of knowledge, respect and appreciation of each culture. The activities are being developed by Initiation Project fellows teaching of UNESP, educational Center in fundamental education schools, early years. The focus of the research takes place particularly in the pedagogical practices developed by teachers and the various ways that students use to learn. From these observations are proposed activities aimed at monitoring and inclusion in the planning and organization of teaching-learning materials that contribute to the development of a dedicated Education for racial ethnic diversity.
