Proposition: CEDOB provides specialized care of dentistry, the stomatology, which is necessary to Vale do Paraíba and São Paulo coast population. Methodology: Patient is thoroughly examined. When necessary, imaging exams are ordered. The cases are documented and discussed prior to management to be adopted; emphasizing the importance of the multidisciplinary relationship in the diagnostic process. When necessary, biopsy and\or cytology are/is performed and the specimen is sent to histophatology analysis for final diagnosis. The patients are diagnosed, treated and followed in CEDOB, except when the final diagnosis is malignant lesion; in this case, the patients are routed to specialized services through the social worker. Results: In the year 2014, CEDOB helped 1200 patients from Vale do Paraíba and São Paulo coast. In addition, educative materials were made. Training and lectures were developed to healthcare professionals, so they could act as oral and general health disseminators. The specimens from biopsy were used in researches and 5 scientific manuscripts were published in international journals. Conclusions: Specialized care is provide to the population; students and professionals developed skills to detect lesions and indicate the exams and the most appropriate treatment for each case.
