Resumo: As a usual practice in society, psychotherapy is considered a normal procedure, but how does it take place in an investigation method of subjectivity in the university? The theory of speech of Lacan helps us to locate a place to psychoanalysis in the university as a language practice in the role of teaching, research and extension (community work). In this sense, the university submits the ideas of conscience to science and material rationality, excluding the individual and the unconscious. The theory of speech helps us to see the difference between the speech the students use and the speech the annalist uses in his practice. The psychoanalysis has its own knowledge based on the unconscious, due to the clinic work precedes as well as the work in university extension (community work). The work of the annalist has his particular world to treat his mane object — the unconscious.

The work of the annalist has his particular world to treat his mane object — the unconscious.En la calidad de una práctica psicoterapéutica existente en la civilización, de un método de investigación de la subjetividad y de un saber sobre el sujeto y la civilización, el psicoanálisis se depara con la cuestión de su lugar frente a la Universidad y a las instituciones en general. La teoría de los discursos de Lacan permite incautar la función de la Universidad como una práctica de lenguaje en sus dimensiones de enseñanza, investigación y extensión, caracterizada por su dedicación a un ideal de maestría. En consecuencia, la Universidad somete el saber a los ideales de consistencia y de completude, y se vuelve para la aplicación y difusión de un puro saber de la maestría basado en la ciencia y en una racionalidad material y causal, con la consecuente ex-clusión del sujeto y del inconsciente. La teoría de los discursos también permite incautar la disparidad entre el discurso del universitario y el discurso del analista, una vez que, mar-cado por la incompletude e indisociable de la clínica, por lo tanto de la extensión, el saber de la psicoanálisis presenta una consistencia particular, trazo fundamental de su objeto — el inconsciente — y de su principio de colocación en causa de la subjetividad.Na qualidade de uma prática psicoterapêutica existente na civilização, de um método de investigação da subjetividade e de um saber sobre o sujeito e a civilização, a psicanálise se depara com a questão de seu lugar frente à Universidade e às instituições em geral. A teoria dos discursos de Lacan permite apreender a função da Universidade como uma prática de linguagem em suas dimensões de ensino, pesquisa e extensão, caracterizada por sua consagração a um ideal de mestria. Neste sentido, a Universidade submete o saber aos ideais de consistência e de completude, e se volta para a aplicação e difusão de um puro saber da mestria baseado na ciência e em uma racionalidade material e causalista, com a consequente exclusão do sujeito e do inconsciente.
