Resumo: This work has as main objective to analyze the territorialization of telemarketers employees in Bauru / SP, considering the effects on employees' health, collective and individual behavior. The analysis overtook the companies Nelson Paschoalotto Financial Services and Multicobra Group, seeking the particularities of the telemarketing industry, targeting the profession characteristics, enterprises and their representation in the city. For the mentioned propose, data were collected from the SEAAC - Union of Autonomous Agents Employees of Bauru's Commerce and region, and advisory companies, skills, information and research and lastly Accounting Service Companies of Bauru and Region, and applied to random-chosen-employees a number of 50 surveys in order to identify the main health problems, and discuss how these issues are addressed and threated by the representative union

As análises recaíram sobre as empresas Nelson Paschoalotto Serviços Financeiros e do Grupo Multicobra, buscando as particularidades do setor de telemarketing, visando às características da profissão, das empresas e da sua representatividade no município.
