This work will address the project carried out with teachers of early childhood institution whose objectives were to enable a feeling outsourcing space, sharing of experiences and the possibility of continuing education, exploring with the working group practices with the aggressiveness in the classroom . This project was carried out from seven meetings with the group of teachers, providing opportunities for teachers knowledge of the actual condition of the aggressive child through the theory of D. Winnicott, and alerting them to the aid application that aggressiveness requests the middle. Each meeting had a specific goal, it facilitated the use of questionnaires, and collection of information through reports of teachers. At the completion of the work was concluded that there was involvement of educators to carry out the proposed activities by way of project to include children with aggressive behavior to the context of playing with other children. In addition, from the execution of the project realized the possibility of working in order to help the emotional development of children exhibited aggressive behavior and those who have not demonstrated, enabling both a pleasant, quiet and conducive to emotional development full and healthy.
