Resumo: This work sustains itself in the development of a mobile application which shall be dedicated to the dynamics of sumo robots battles. The main objectives of this solution for smartphones with Android operational system aims to exemplify the construction of a simple and functional Human Machine Interface, easy to be handled by the user, as well as explore the resources available in wireless communication, essentially the Bluetooth technology. For that, it was choose to use the integrated development environment (IDE) named Android Studio, which offers ample resources to elaborate codes for decision making process and action control, using the internal processing hardware from mobile phones - smartphones, dynamic analysis of results, as well as facilities to create and configure the visual identity of the mobile solution. Provided with these resources its understood that the development of an application focused on the fields of autonomous robotics, integrating embedded systems, increasingly popular and widespread for major companies around the world such as Intel Corporation and others, matches with the global tendencies for the universe of electronics and systems to be developed in the 21th century, principally when it gets aligned with another market trend: the development of applications for smartphones, the ones which had become more and more popular across the years in a vast infinity of possible application from entertainment to serious data management for industries. Thus this work aims to suggest important paths to be considered in the development of a methodology extensible to the most varied needs and global trends, not limited in exposing only the solution for remote actuation for autonomous robots, but allowing the ones who use the next pages to feel more confident to start in several developments with wireless communication and smartphones, even that they are not in the dominions of mobile autonomous robotics
