Resumo: This study seeks to analyze the challenges in building educational projects that develop individual potential, in a critical and democratic way, and that is in line with the globalized world and market expectations. Education is one of pillars of society and the job market is important as well. A cultured people are more prepared to create, plan and execute projects to make our society a better place. Realize the need to build a pedagogical project that takes into account characteristics, difficulties, desires and culture of a society where it will be applied. Such stimulus aims at building more democratic and participatory higher education institutions in the construction of a society that is not exploited or subordinated to just one vision or perspective. With the world becoming increasingly modern and technology always innovating, new demands for professions arise and thus new problems or challenges to be solved, such as the energy sector in all its dimensions. A professional with training in line with the job market in which he will work will have more chances of success in his opinions and solutions. In fact, this is what the job market expects, however, it is a challenge that involves various sectors of government, society and the private sector. In this research, the objective is to analyze dozens of pedagogical projects, from public and private institutions, map their proposed areas of knowledge, and thus proceed with dozens of job offers in the area of Energy Engineering, available recently and close to construction of this work. Based on this mapping, a grouping is made, quantifying the workload foreseen in these pedagogical projects, as well as the intensity scaled by the author of demands of vacancies offered. Finally, a comparison is made between the proposal of learning contents with the market demands from the point of view of knowledge, skills, competences and experiences.

A educação é um dos pilares da sociedade e o mercado de trabalho é tão importante quanto. Um povo culto está mais preparado para criar, planejar e executar os projetos para tornar a nossa sociedade um lugar melhor. Perceber a necessidade da construção de um projeto pedagógico que leve em conta características, dificuldades, anseios e cultura de uma sociedade onde será aplicado. Tal estímulo visa construção de IES mais democráticas e participativas na construção de uma sociedade que não seja explorada e nem esteja subordinada a apenas uma visão ou perspectiva. Com o mundo cada vez mais moderno e a tecnologia sempre se inovando, surgem novas demandas de profissões e, assim, novos problemas ou desafios a serem resolvidos, como o setor de energia em todas suas dimensões. Um profissional com capacitação alinhada com o mercado de trabalho na qual ele vai atuar, terá mais chances de sucesso em suas opiniões e soluções. De fato é isso que mercado de trabalho espera, entretanto, é um desafio que envolve diversos setores do governo, sociedade e privado. Nesta pesquisa, o objetivo é analisar dezenas de projetos pedagógicos de cursos superiores, tanto de instituições públicas quanto privadas, mapear suas áreas de conhecimentos, e assim proceder com dezenas de ofertas de trabalhos na área de Engenharia de Energia, disponibilizadas recentemente e próximos a construção deste trabalho. Com base nesse mapeamento, foi realizado um agrupamento quantificando a carga horária prevista nestes projetos pedagógicos, assim como a intensidade escalada pelo autor das exigências das vagas ofertadas.
