The extension project "The school management and teachers' work in the development of different languages: in search of the school visibility" develops continuing education actions about the issues of school management, school culture, teaching materials and different languages aimed at increasing the work done at school, based on a survey of the demands put by participants. In this working group are held studies and critical reflections aimed at building a practice of pedagogical documentation for rescue work already under way in schools in order to map the different languages most used by teachers and school managers. By exploring these languages as a possibility to record teaching practices and dissemination of teaching production and of work at school, the project also assists managers and teachers to value and have their work recognized in the school community, through the registry using, for So different languages. Therefore, demand also create opportunities reflections on educational practice checking that actually promote changes in the school environment, improving public schools, as well as the work done at school visibility.
