Resumo: | This text presents a literature review on pedagogical documentation in early childhood education in the period 2016-2022. The main objective was to analyze how this theme is being approached in Brazilian studies and what has been the periodicity of this discussion. We take as a starting point the idea that, based on Childhood Pedagogies based on listening, participation, and children's relationships with each other and with adults, observation, recording and reflection instruments are being built around children's productions and of the processes of construction of collective and individual knowledge. We are in an intense movement of deconstruction of old rigid and mechanical practices that said little about the sophisticated processes of production of children's cultures and construction of meanings by children, which is why the debate on pedagogical documentation becomes so necessary and urgent when reaffirming the need to make visible the productions of children's cultures. |

O objetivo principal foi analisar como essa temática está sendo abordada nos estudos brasileiros e qual tem sido a periodicidade dessa discussão. Tomamos como ponto de partida a ideia de que a partir de Pedagogias das Infâncias baseadas na escuta, na participação, nas relações das crianças entre elas e com adultos/as, estão sendo construídos instrumentos de observação, registro e reflexão em torno das produções infantis e dos processos de construção do conhecimento coletivo e individual.
