The Construction of The Discursive Identity of the Graduating in the Area of Working Psychology

Resumo: The construction of the psychologist’s identity can be understood through different proposed of analysis. This research enrolls in the filiation of the analysis of discourse of French line proposed for Michel Pêcheux. The objective is to analyze the construction of the discursive identity of the graduating in the area of working psychology that a field of activity of conflicting ideological forces. The method is qualitative and it constitutes a case study, starting from the data obtained through 14 extracted excerpts of the section of theoretical propositions of reports of apprenticeship. They reveal them two dominant discursive formations that emerge starting from the discourse of the other, denominated of maintenance and of transformation, both are projected as discourses in confrontation for a place, the one of the deprived organization. In is ended that the discursive identity is built through the approach game and estrangement of the discursive formation of the transformation.

El objetivo es analizar el proceso de construcción de la identidade discursiva del graduando en el área de psicología del trabajo, que es un campo de actividad de fuerzas ideológicas conflictivas. El método es cualitativo y constituye un estúdio de caso a partir de los datos obtenidos por medio de 14 fragmentos extraídos de la sección de fundamentación teórica de los informes finales de la pasantía del quinto año de Psicología. Los resultados revelan dos formaciones discursivas dominantes que emergen a partir del discurso del otro, denominadas manutención y transformación. Ambas son proyectadas como discursos en confrontación para un lugar: el de la organización privada. Se concluye que la identidad discursiva es construida por medio del juego de aproximación y distanciamiento de la formación discursiva de transformación.  A construção da identidade do psicólogo pode ser compreendida por meio de diferentes propostas de análise. Esta pesquisa inscreve-se na filiação da análise de discurso da linha francesa fundada por Michel Pêcheux. O objetivo é analisar o processo de construção da identidade discursiva do graduando na área de psicologia do trabalho, um campo de atividade de forças ideológicas conflituosas. O método é qualitativo e constitui um estudo de caso, a partir dos dados obtidos por meio de 14 excertos extraídos da seção da fundamentação teórica de relatórios finais do estágio. Os resultados revelam duas formações discursivas dominantes que emergem a partir do discurso do outro: manutenção e transformação. Ambas são projetadas como discursos em confronto para um lugar, o da organização privada.
