Resumo: The present study has as objective to introduce the comprehension about of the Program of Formation of Alphabetizer Teachers PROFA through of alphabetizing teachers of the São Paulo s State System of Teaching and the translation of this comprehension to the classroom. In this investigation I seek to show (and also to know) the way of appropriation of theoretical/practical knowledges passed by the alphabetizer teachers since the participation in the courses of formation of the PROFA until the possible implementation of these knowledges in the quotidian alphabetizing, with the intention of analysing how occurs the implementation of this proposal in the initial years of the escolarization. Being the PROFA an educational public political of teaching formation becomes imperative the approach of these themes in the context in that insert itself the labour. The theoretical referential includes, with relation to the public political, among Dror, and with relation to the formation and action of teachers, different author. The informations were built through of written narratives of the participant alphabetizing teachers, gathered in questionnaire with open and close questions. The analysis of the informations was ruled in categories that connected the PROFA public political of continuous formation of alphabetizing teachers with the practice of the alphabetizing teachers. With relation to the results detach themselves the analysis of the PROFA, while public political of formation and annotations about the use of the PROFA in the school daily.

Busco conhecer o caminho de apropriação de saberes teóricos- ráticos percorrido por professoras alfabetizadoras desde a participação em cursos de formação do PROFA até a possível implementação desses conhecimentos na alfabetização cotidiana, de modo a analisar como ocorre a implementação dessa proposta nos anos iniciais da escolarização. Sendo o PROFA uma política pública educacional de formação docente torna-se imperativo a abordagem desses temas no contexto em que se insere o trabalho. O referencial teórico abrange, com relação às políticas públicas, predominantemente, Dror e com relação à formação e atuação de professores, diversos autores. Os dados foram construídos a partir de narrativas escritas das professoras alfabetizadoras participantes, colhidas em questionário com perguntas abertas e fechadas. A análise dos dados foi pautada em categorias que relacionavam o PROFA política pública de formação continuada de professores alfabetizadores com a prática dos professores alfabetizadores.
