O livro digital no formato ePub: potencialidade e interatividade na área da Educação Física

This dissertation has as main objective to evaluate the interactivity of the digital book associated to the critical methodologies applicable to the teaching of Physical Education, with the possibility of use in several electronic devices. Initially, it presents a scenario about education, technologies and methodologies related to the teaching of current Physical Education and, later, it establishes the relationship of interactivity with the graphic interfaces of the digital book in the ePub format with the hypermedia resources of texts, videos, links and images. As a delimitation of the research, the study proposes an evaluation of the interaction potential of the digital book / ePub entitled Critical Methodologies Applicable to the Teaching of Physical Education at School, considering this type of publication of extreme relevance for professionals in the area and believing that the use of hyperlinks present in the digital book could provide more immersive interaction in the content selected in the work. The research method adopted involved three phases: in the first and second phases, research questionnaires were designed to diagnose the level of knowledge of the theoretical and practical aspects of critical methodologies in the teaching of Physical Education and the level of acceptance and effectiveness of the proposed digital book for use in the area of Physical Education, respectively. In the third phase, a mixed characteristic questionnaire was used to assess the level of interactivity proposed in the digital book built in the ePub format containing hypermedia resources (links, videos, images, interfaces and explanatory tables). After evaluating the results, it is understood that the hypermedia resources inserted in the digital book / ePub have enhanced the level of interactivity and guarantee a more realistic understanding of the themes contained in the work.
