Resumo: | In the urbanism debate over the 1950s and 1960s, the amazing increase on the car fleet really stood out. At the same time, the British effort to build the New Towns turns up to be an important moment for urban theory and experimentation in the second post-war (BENEVOLO, 2009). In this scenario, the Runcorn and Milton Keynes plans for the new towns constitute important references at addressing the urban mobility issues - despite antagonistic – being the sources for the theoretical and practical production over the last quarter in 20th century. |

- dez. ; 3-30arq.urb; Núm. 4 (2010): set. - dez. ; 3-30arq.urb; n. 4 (2010): set. - dez. ; 3-301984-5766reponame:arq.urbinstname:Universidade São Judas Tadeuinstacron:USJTporhttps://revistaarqurb.com.br/arqurb/article/view/201/180Copyright (c) 2010 Alexandre Rodrigues Seixas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessRodrigues Seixas , Alexandre2021-03-26T19:32:58Zoai:ojs.emnuvens.com.br:article/201Revistahttps://revistaarqurb.com.br/arqurbPRIhttps://revistaarqurb.com.br/arqurb/oairevista.arq.urb@saojudas.br||1984-57661984-5766opendoar:2021-03-26T19:32:58arq.urb - Universidade São Judas Tadeufalse |
