Resumo: A small child's clinic is a place of many questions, especially as regards the intervention of the psychoanalyst. In order to analyze issues considered crucial in contributing to this clinic we chose to analyze a clinical case recognized, "If Nadia or mirror" of the psychoanalyst Rosine Lefort. We seek to use the case as a guide for discussion of the psychoanalytic act, the role of agent-feeding, early intervention, trying to locate the position of the analyst in dealing with children still in the process of formation. We try to distinguish the position of the psychoanalyst an assemblage of the maternal role, highlighting the points where these positions converge or differ.

Con el fin de analizar las cuestiones consideradas cruciales para contribuir a esta clínica se optó por analizar un caso clínico reconocido, "Si Nadia o espejo" de la psicoanalista Rosine Lefort. Tratamos de utilizar el caso como una guía para la discusión de la Ley del psicoanálisis, el papel de agente de la alimentación, la intervención temprana, tratando de localizar la posición del analista en relación con los niños aún en el proceso de formación. Tratamos de distinguir la posición del psicoanalista un conjunto de la función materna, destacando los puntos donde convergen las posiciones o diferentes.A clínica com crianças pequenas é lugar de muitos questionamentos, principalmente no que se refere à intervenção do psicanalista. A fim de analisarmos questões consideradas decisivas na contribuição para esta clínica optamos por analisar um caso clínico reconhecido, o "Caso Nádia ou o espelho" da psicanalista Rosine Lefort. Procuramos usar o caso como guia de discussão sobre o ato psicanalítico, a função do agente materno, a intervenção precoce, procurando localizar a posição do psicanalista no tratamento com crianças ainda em processo de constituição.
