Resumo: | This paper has the aim to show the information about the Chemistry, Physics and Biology teacher’s formation and their practice who work in the Nucleo Regional de Educação area, located in Cascavel, PR. The reality showed situations that help us to understand the constant failure in the student assessment process done in all country and put in doubt the student learning capacity in the elementary and height school. This work also argues about teacher’s formation process that occurs in the fast way and their practice out of their area. The conclusion point out that it is necessary to know this reality due to political measure related to Educational System been implanted with the aim to change this reality, from concrete information. |

Este trabalho objetiva apresentar dados relativos a formação e a atuação dos professores de Química, Física e Biologia que atuam na região de cobertura do Núcleo Regional de Educação da cidade de Cascavel, PR. A realidade apresentada desnuda situações que ajudam a compreender os constantes fracassos nos processos de avaliação realizados no país e que colocam em xeque a capacidade de aprendizado dos alunos da educação básica. Formação inicial aligeirada e atuação profissional deslocada da área de formação são alguns dos itens que são apresentados.
