Resumo: | Motherhood is a process that brings numerous transformations and challenges to women, but when it comes from a pregnancy that is a result of sexual violence, it becomes even more complex. In this study, the development of motherhood in a woman victim of sexual violence with a newborn child was investigated. The 25 year-old patient participated in a program for victims of violence in a public hospital in an urban center. An interview was conducted with a semi-structured script, and the view of the bio-ecological model was used to analyze the information obtained. The results showed a family micro-system that was compromised and dysfunctional, and aspects of violence re-edited in the family’s transgenerational dynamic. Proximal processes point to the personal effort in establishing a mother-child relationship, even if the support network remained fragile. Very intense feelings were identified regarding the aggressor as well as a need to invest in the reduction of suggestive symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress that still perpetuate persecutory aspects faced by the victim. There are, however, defined maternity projects and actions of the mother that make her resilient trajectory clear, even if very small. Future studies are indicated, suggesting possible strategies and psychological interventions with this public. Keywords: bio-ecological model, sexual aggression, pregnancy. |

Unisinos2014-06-27info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.unisinos.br/index.php/contextosclinicos/article/view/ctc.2014.71.0910.4013/ctc.2014.71.09Contextos Clínicos; v. 7 n. 1 (2014): Jan-Jun; 94-1041983-3482reponame:Contextos Clínicosinstname:Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS)instacron:Unisinosporhttps://revistas.unisinos.br/index.php/contextosclinicos/article/view/ctc.2014.71.09/4123Lordello, Silvia RenataCosta, Liana Fortunatoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2014-06-30T12:28:21Zoai:ojs2.revistas.unisinos.br:article/6658Revistahttps://revistas.unisinos.br/index.php/contextosclinicosPUBhttps://revistas.unisinos.br/index.php/contextosclinicos/oaidfalcke@unisinos.br||periodicos@unisinos.br1983-34821983-3482opendoar:2014-06-30T12:28:21Contextos Clínicos - Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS)false |
