Resumo: Considering the importance of the People Management area and that people are considered the most valuable asset for companies, this work aimed to contribute to this theme. The study aimed to map the main soft, hard and digital skills considered factors of professional success, internationally, in the corporate and academic environment. A Systematic Literature Review was carried out in 58 articles that address the topic, from which information was read and extracted for the study. As a result, it can be seen that the study of these skills is a topic that has been attracting interest internationally and that soft skills is considered the most important skill for professional success. Finally, it was concluded that skills are directly related to professional success, which consequently increase employability.
