The present paper was elaborated through bibliographic and documentary researches, with the use of internet. The research talks about the fundamental rights and the deprivation of the freedom to come and go in the current Covid-19 pandemic. With the studies, it was possible to reach to an understanding of how to act in situations where fundamental rights conflict, bringing an interesting view when demonstrating the fight between the right to come and go and the right to live, in the Covid-19 pandemic. In certain situations, the right to come and go may be harm, in parts, but aiming at guaranteeing the right to live, therefore, it is necessary to use weighting, in order to analyze which right is the most necessary for each moment, and the proportion in which each one must be reduced, reaching a consensus, so that, when possible, all rights that collide in their due proportions within reasonableness are respected. Futhermore, it also makes one think that weighting can be used in other situations where any fundamental rights collide.
