The purpose of this paper is to analyze Labor Compliance and an application in the business sphere. Its importance is justified by the need to solve attitudes in the corporate environment that may harm employees and/or employers, ensuring ethical performance in the labor market. A bibliographic, electronic and documentary research was performed, as it was better suited to the objectives, having, among other sources, the Federal Constitution of 1988 and Law No. 12.846 / 13, known as the Anti-Corruption Law. This paper addressed the concept of Compliance, its objectives, its application and its benefits, as well as notions about Fundamental Rights, Work Environment, Anti-Corruption Law and other related aspects. The study strengthened the hypothesis that Compliance is characterized as an effective program to be applied in the business sphere. The importance of Labor Compliance was verified in terms of contributing to a harmonious and productive relationship between managers and employees, compliance with laws and regulations, respect for human dignity and social rights, as well as making the company trustworthy and reliable to new investments, and also to avoid and/or reduce labor lawsuits.
