The present monographic work aims to analyze the recommendation and the feasibility of using the Special Testimony in the eighth of adults. The research is classified, in terms of level, as exploratory; with regard to the approach, as qualitative; in relation to the data collection process, such as bibliographic. It is presented in the study as types of criminal offenses, their concepts, objects and results, deepening with regard to victims and witnesses and the consequences they suffer to the detriment of the practice of criminal offenses. Take a detailed look at the special testimony institute, which encompasses its concept, history, application models, its traditional destinations, a useful principle and its functions of the institute. In addition, a parallel is drawn on the normal octave and the hearing in the special statement, elucidating an existing difference and highlighting the interdisciplinary work and an exceptionality that must be the last to be performed. In addition, exposing the general points of the Protected Listening Law (Law No. 13.431 / 2017) and, finally, pursuing the general objective of the research, examining a question of recommendation and feasibility of using the Special Testimony in the adult hearing experienced and witnesses of criminal offenses, presenting the funds that determine and use the use of the aforementioned technique. Concluded - if it is recommended and feasible, in selected cases, to apply or testify especially to eighty adults, bearing in mind, on the one hand, a need for alternatives to be applied that minimize or the process of revitimizing diseases and tests in the case of prosecution penal, reduced age, screening in the direction of respect for human dignity, as well as for the time being, on the other hand, national and international normative commands make the institute's impact on a situation feasible.
