The present study has as objective to analyze the applicability of Restorative Justice to cases of revenge porn, given that the traditionally institutionalized justice system is incomplete because it fails to provide adequate responses to the varied desires of the victims. To do so, as for the data collection procedure, a bibliographic study was conducted through books, articles and electronic media, as well as documentary research, used to research the normative frameworks of Restorative Justice, aiming to analyze the focus and the values that guide the restorative practices, as well as the historical and normative evolution of the restorative system in the national panorama and its applicability in the Brazilian legal system in force. As for the level of research, the exploratory method was adopted. Regarding the approach, a qualitative research was done. During the study, it was found that the victims of revenge porn are subjected, in addition to the outrages to their personality caused by the crime itself, to a new victimization, which reinforces the sufferings to which these people were subjected. In this way, the Restorative Justice appears as a model that treats the criminal-legal conflict as a violation of interpersonal relations and creates a channel between the true ones involved in the crime, allowing a better understanding of the infraction by the offender and a better attendance to the needs and demands of the victim. Thus, it was concluded that the implementation of Restorative Justice in the scope under analysis presents itself as an effective tool to stop or at least reduce the impacts caused by the illicit in the lives of women victims of revenge porn.
