Resumo: The health and safety of the company is such an important and basic issue when it is intended to preserve human life, especially the workers. It is known today that Health and Safety are essential when the purpose is to maintain a healthy and productive work environment. In a world where discoveries and technological innovations are increasing, the dissemination of information on the prevention of work-related accidents and diseases becomes decisive so that the quality of life in the work environment is valued. The educational work within the companies is of extreme importance, since it allows that there are more and more workers and entrepreneurs aware of the importance of Occupational Health and Safety. For this, it is necessary to invest in quality control of the equipment, training to ensure its proper use.

Sabe-se hoje, que Saúde e Segurança são imprescindível quando o propósito é manter um ambiente de trabalho saudável e produtivo. Em um mundo em que, a cada dia, são crescentes as descobertas e inovações tecnológicas, a disseminação de informações sobre a prevenção de acidentes e doenças do trabalho se torna decisiva para que a qualidade de vida no ambiente de trabalho seja valorizada. Sendo assim a pesquisa de tipo qualitativo, visa levantar os dados de como estão sendo usados os equipamentos, sua segurança e qualidade, bem como promover como sugestão, melhorias nas questões de investimento com treinamentos e CIPA. O trabalho educativo dentro das empresas é de extrema importância, uma vez que permite que haja cada vez mais trabalhadores e empresários conscientes da importância da Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho.
