This work conducts a study on the commercial civil aviation market, analyzing its infrastructure following its evolution and changes. Important classified points, such as the history of aviation in Brazil, and a study of companies over time. When conducting a small historical-descriptive analysis of the commercial air service of regular transport of passengers. Along with the technological advancement of the aircraft, a market was formed for the air transportation of cargo, mail and people, particularly after the end of World War II. Following the events in the United States and Europe, the creation of several airlines in Brazil took place. With the passing of time, a stabilization and conservation method was developed for Brazilian airlines, which led to the emergence of an oligopoly market situation formed by Vasp, Transbrasil and Varig. With the implementation of the neoliberal ideology system from the 1990s onwards, a deregulation process began, which caused, in the midst of more reasons, an imbalance that allowed the airlines of old to yield and leave the market. It is perceived that it is a market with strong obstacles formed by high cost conditions and technical structures, it requires a dynamic and flexible company, so that it can keep pace with sudden changes and variations in demand, which is dictated directly by the country's economy and the world.
