This paper consists in a documental research, with the objective to register legislations, terms, acronyms, facts, techniques and methods pertinent to the development of Technical Reports of Unhealthy and Dangerous Activities, aiming to describe the importance of the Work Safety Engineer professional in such field. It sought to understand all the steps pertaining to the creation of such document, and then deepen each of such steps, bringing a clear and detailed explanation of each of those steps. Talks about Regulatory Norms, Laws, Ordinances, the CLT, in addition to individual safety equipments and measuring devices. It includes a list of harmful agents present in the brazilian work legislation, explaining characteristics, forms of contact, tolerance limits (when applicable) and their insalubrity levels. Presents the differences between qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as the risks from the insalubrious, pointing the benefit that a particular worker has in each case. At the end, there is a suggestion for a guide to elaborate a report, describing required items and parameters, as well as instructions on how to present them, with the goal to obtain a judicial document of quality, which will be a vital part of the process for which it was required. Final considerations bring a brief discussion about the importance of the topic, and hopes that this study collaborates to the improvement of the systematics of the elaboration of Expert Examination Reports to the Brazilian Work Justice.
